Refund Policy
This page explains how refund requests are handled for the AlgoDesk full workspace purchase.
Standard Refund Window
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after that window may be declined unless there was a billing error or a clear technical issue that prevented access.
How to Request a Refund
Use the contact form and include the email address used for purchase plus a short explanation of the issue. Refund reviews are handled manually.
Digital Product Conditions
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds may be limited where there is heavy use, clear abuse, account sharing, chargeback behavior, or evidence of copying or redistribution.
Billing Errors
Duplicate charges and accidental billing issues will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
Effect of a Refund
If a refund is approved and processed, paid access may be revoked. The platform may automatically remove full-access status after a full Stripe refund is detected.
